Nurses & CaregiversOur philosophy on careNursestaff promotes a “holistic way” of caring for people. That means considering the whole individual and their personal situations. By incorporating their physical, mental, social and emotional well–being we ensure the best care plan possible. As a result we concentrate on caring for each individual on their own merits and consider all possible situations to bring our clients the best possible care they deserve. This means considering the individual needs for a client who we are caring for in their home or a patient at an aged care facility or hospital.Uniform OrderingNursestaff scrubs are a long part of our history. When management has been made aware of an employee’s injury, the employee will be advised to stop work and seek medical advice if necessary.Once they have been cleared by a medical expert and proof of that clearance has been shown to a member of our management, they will then be put on light duties for the time determined by a health professional. The employee may move on from this once management, the employee and all medical experts involved feel it is appropriate.
