Our belief in education
Nursestaff believes everyone should have the opportunity to develop their education. We also feel that the elderly and disabled should be cared for in the absolute best way possible with knowledge of the most up-to-date techniques being used. As a result we have developed the, very popular and successful, Care Development Programme (CDP) to fulfil all these requirements.

Induction
All new employees must attend a 1-2 hour induction session. This session teaches them what it means to work for Nursestaff and ensures they have all the information necessary to be safe in their place of work.
