Nursestaff specialises in providing staffing to many types of healthcare providers. Our staff are fully trained to provide friendly, personal and professional care that puts the patient first.

Our Process

Our rigorous process of selection ensures we only employ the best. This criteria ensures that the applicant has a good command of English and experience in the field of application. All applicants are verbally reference checked with management only and police checked to ensure we really are getting the best.

Ensuring Quality

We follow up on all placements and ensure that the person we have placed meets your standards. We take pride in providing staff that are on time, in the correct uniform, working well in your team and providing quality care to your residents.

Education

Nursestaff exclusively offers a Care Development Programme (CDP) which consists of ten Care Development Seminars (CDS) per year. These seminars cover a variety of topics important to the ongoing education of our staff. Our programme is also available to clients and we will invite you to attend monthly. There is currently no charge and refreshments and certificate are provided.

We know one person that suits one place may not suit another, so we do our best to give you a person that is compatible with your team and your facility. This helps to make everyone’s job easier.

Permanent placements

We permanently recruit experienced healthcare professionals to fill the gaps for many clients. If you have a space that needs filling simply tell us what it is you are looking for, and we will endeavour to find it for you. Our screening process includes rigorous interviews, police checks, referee checks with management. When we feel we have found a selection of applicants appropriate for your position we will approach you with information on the applicants. All recruitment orders placed with us are kept fully confidential your company name is only disclosed when we are setting up interview times with the applicant.

Homecare

We understand that when it comes to inviting a stranger into you own home it can be a difficult process. To make things easier for you, your coordinator will come out with your Carer and introduce you. We will also sit down together and make a plan with you of what needs to be done, in what time frame and when you would like the care to start. Once we have organised the perfect carer and plan for you we will make weekly check ups to ensure everything is ok.
